These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BMO Match Card. BMO Match Card is an application designed, developed, and hosted by BMO Match Card Pvt. Ltd. All data, text, designs, pages, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, images, artwork, photographs, trademarks, logos, audio, video, HTML code, source code, or software (collectively, “Content”) that reside or are viewable on the Site are the property of BMO Match Card Pvt. Ltd.
By visiting or using BMO Match Card, you expressly agree to and consent to be bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself, a company, and/or other group or entity, as applicable. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
This Agreement, along with any accompanying Terms and documents incorporated into this Agreement by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BMO Match Card regarding the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings regarding your use of BMO Match Card, whether written or oral, or whether established by custom, practice, policy, or precedent.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant you a right to any other BMO Match Card service, and BMO Match Card Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue any BMO Match Card product or service at any time in its sole discretion.

Through our innovative services, users can access and verify their credentials, ensuring the highest levels of privacy, control, and security. Whether you are an individual or an organization, BMO Match Card enables seamless verification, authentication, and secure sharing of documents.
Our platform is designed to empower users with the autonomy over their personal and professional data, enabling them to share information on their terms and reduce reliance on centralized authorities. With a focus on data privacy and user control, BMO Match Card delivers solutions tailored to modern needs, including real-time updates and encrypted data exchanges for an enhanced user experience.
When you use the Site, you provide us with your files, documents, certifications, and other related information, as well as the eKYC details from Aadhaar in the case of Aadhaar-linked accounts. You also grant us and our registered issuers permission to store your documents or certificates in your BMO Match Card account electronically, or via URIs. You have the option to share your content with other BMO Match Card users. Your documents will remain private unless you choose to share them.
BMO Match Card grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use our Services, in accordance with our Terms. This license allows you to use the Services in the manner permitted by these Terms. Any violation of these terms will result in the termination of your account.
You retain all intellectual property rights to your content. BMO Match Card does not claim ownership of any content, including text, data, information, and files that you upload, share, or store in your BMO Match Card account. However, we require legal permission (a “license”) to use this content for the purpose of hosting it on our servers and backing it up. This is solely for the purpose of providing and improving our products and services. The license will end once your content is deleted from the Site.
You are solely responsible for the content you share and the consequences that may arise. BMO Match Card does not actively pre-screen content, but reserves the right to refuse or remove any content or account that, in its sole discretion, is found to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, promoting violence, defamatory, pornographic, or in violation of BMO Match Card’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other user or third-party intellectual property rights.
Account, Security, and Consent
To use BMO Match Card services, you are required to open an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failure to keep this information secure and confidential. You must enter your mobile number when creating an account on BMO Match Card. By linking your Aadhaar number to your BMO Match Card account, you grant BMO Match Card permission to use your Aadhaar information for authentication and to retrieve your eKYC data from the UIDAI servers via our authorized verifier partner to provide the BMO Match Card service. The privacy policy of partners, government departments, and organizations which are registered with DigiLocker can deposit digital copies of documents and certificates issued by them, directly into the citizens’ lockers or allow these documents to be accessed through uniform resource identifiers (URIs) from issuer repositories. These issuers could be public or semi-public bodies, private agencies, institutions, and corporations. By creating an account on BMO Match Card, you hereby give your irrevocable consent to these issuing bodies to lodge your documents and certificates with your BMO Match Card application.
Disclaimers
BMO Match Card has been designed to provide high availability, tested for functionality, and audited for security. However, BMO Match Card does not promise, represent, or warrant that the Site or any content, service, or feature of the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or completely secure. BMO Match Card does not warrant that the efficiency of any product, service, information, or other material obtained by you through the Site will meet your or any other person’s expectations, achieve any intended result, be compatible or work with any software, system, or other services except if and to the extent expressly set forth in the specifications or that any errors in the site will be corrected. The Site and its content are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. All information provided on the Site is subject to change without notice. BMO Match Card disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that in no event will BMO Match Card, or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents be liable for any expense, loss, or damage including, without limitation, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or incidental loss or damage, or any expense, loss, or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of BMO Match Card.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BMO Match Card and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) relating to any allegation or third-party legal proceeding to the extent arising from: a) your use of and access to the Site and Service. b) your violation of any term of this Agreement. c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation, any copyright, property, or privacy right; or d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
Limitation on Use
The BMO Match Card platform is for your personal use only and not for commercial exploitation. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or create derivative works from BMO Match Card. Nor may you use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the site architecture, or extract information about usage, individual identities, or users. You will not use any robot, spider, other automatic software or device, or manual process to monitor or copy BMO Match Card without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of BMO Match Card is prohibited. The use of any software (e.g., bots, scraper tools) or other automatic devices to access, monitor, or copy the website pages is prohibited unless expressly authorized by BMO Match Card in writing. You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of BMO Match Card or others.
Right to Modify or Terminate
BMO Match Card reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it), with or without notice. BMO Match Card, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account and refuse any current or future use of the platform for any reason at any time. Such termination may result in the deactivation or deletion of the account, and the loss of all the content hosted therein.
Translations
Translations on the BMO Match Card portal are prepared by third-party translators. Reasonable efforts have been made to provide an accurate translation; however, no automated translation is perfect nor is it intended to replace human translators. Translations are provided as a service to users of the BMO Match Card portal and are provided “as is.” Some content (such as images, videos, Flash, etc.) may not be accurately translated. No liability is assumed by BMO Match Card for any errors, omissions, or ambiguities in the translations from English into any other language provided on this portal. If any questions arise concerning the accuracy of the information presented by the translated version of the website, please refer to the English version of the website, which is the official version. If you would like to report a translation error or inaccuracy, we encourage you to please contact us.
Miscellaneous
BMO Match Card reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without written notice by posting the modified Terms on this website indicating the ‘last updated date.’ Any changes we make will be effective immediately. Accordingly, you take the responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site after such revisions shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi only.
